This was a full-scope tenant improvement that touched nearly every part of the space, from new framing and flooring systems to custom door packages and integrated millwork. The architecture focused on soft,  curved lines , with rounded corners carried throughout. Materials were thoughtfully chosen by the Client: hand-troweled plaster, natural stone flooring, and a clean mix of soft marble and smooth micro-cement. The result is a space that feels both purposefully-built and naturally refined.
