Our team led the build from framing through finish, with a focus on refined details and technical precision. Custom cork-rubber floors, hand-carved wall features, plastered built-ins, integrated couches, and a heated yoga room were all executed to meet both design and performance demands. The project combined elevated aesthetics with the realities of high-use spaces, managing heat, water, and constant movement. From the rooftop bar and café to the ground floor, which includes a steam room, cold tub, and sauna. The build required close coordination across  all trades to bring every element to life.
